Payment

We accept payment via cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Sessions must be paid in full before the class. Packages should also be fully paid before availment. All payments received are not subject to refund, exchange or transfer.

Attire And Accessories

Guests are required to wear grip socks. We encourage you to bring your own grip socks to class. Otherwise, they may also be purchased at the reception.

Age Restrictions

The Lagree Fitness training is high intensity and may not be suitable for guests below 14 years old. However, guests between 14 to 15 years old may be allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests between 16 to 18 years old may come to class unaccompanied, provided a parent or guardian will sign a waiver in case the guest is a minor.

Cancellation

To accommodate the most number of people, we are strictly implementing a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you won’t be able to show up for your session, please remember to cancel it online at least 24 hours before the class so we can reverse your credits. Guests who cancelled late may also opt to wait and take any free slot on the same day instead. Otherwise, the session will be charged and treated as attended.

Arrival Time

We encourage guests to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the class. For beginners, please be in the studio at least 15 minutes prior to the class so you can be oriented on the machine and the routine. Classes start on time. Latecomers will not be allowed to join in to prevent injury and distractions to other guests. However, they can also choose to take the next available slot within the day. Otherwise, the session will be charged and treated as attended.

Waiting List

In case the class you intended to take is already full, you can still try your luck by enlisting in our online waitlist, provided you have sufficient credit in your account. Waitlisted members are automatically notified when a slot opens until one hour before the class starts. You may also check your waitlist status by going online. In case you change your mind, please remember to cancel your waitlist request to prevent being charged when a slot opens. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to waitlisted guests who are able to get slots at least 24 hours before the class.
